Pizza Hut boss who refused to force staff to work Thanksgiving says he's no hero
November 29, 2013 -- Updated 0033 GMT (0833 HKT)
Summary: Tony Rohr, 28, had worked for the Pizza Hut franchise in Elkhart, Indiana for 10 years. On Thanksgiving Day, he refused to open the market and got fired. He said the only day that he can be with his family is Thanksgiving Day and Christmas. So the Pizza Hut asked him to come back to work and we don't know his response yet.
Opinion: I think he made a great proposal. He has right to go meet his family on Thanksgiving Day. It is the only day he doesn't open in whole year (except Christmas). I think Pizza Hut did a good job that offered him a job back.
