Pizza Hut boss who refused to force staff to work Thanksgiving says he's no hero

Summary: Tony Rohr, 28, had worked for the Pizza Hut franchise in Elkhart, Indiana for 10 years. On Thanksgiving Day, he refused to open the market and got fired. He said the only day that he can be with his family is Thanksgiving Day and Christmas. So the Pizza Hut asked him to come back to work and we don't know his response yet.

Opinion: I think he made a great proposal. He has right to go meet his family on Thanksgiving Day. It is the only day he doesn't open in whole year (except Christmas). I think Pizza Hut did a good job that offered him a job back.

  1. I think he is really brave and great. It is a good behavior to express his opinion with confidence and show his love to his family.

  2. I agree with Chris Choi. He is really grave. If I were him, I might choose to go work on Thanksgiving for my family economy. Also, I changed my view of Pizza Hut. I thought they were bad since they fired the man, but they asked him to work back after Thanksgiving. I think there are more people who are kind than I thought!
